We have dates for group therapy for adult women on a Monday night 16th February through 23rd March. We have been excited to be able to offer an amazing group space previously and have no doubt the next group will be a similar experience.

I have therapy space that I typically keep available for those that have gone through an assessment process. I am also registered as a sensitive claims ACC therapist (but am currently at capacity). Please feel free to reach out to ask about availability.

After an assessment, I am consistently asked “what do I do next” with options for financing individual therapy being unachievable for so many. This lead me to my current passion area of developing affordable and professional led courses
